No frills. No fuss. Only function and performance. Our pursuit simply is to find the Truth in Combat for each individual client - to become the best possible and most complete, unlimited, all-round fighters and athletes that we can be, with emphasis on prevailing in the street.
We are not about glamour or impressing others, but about working hard and enjoying your training and reaping the benefits - So you have to actually commit, jump in and participate (at your level), regularly show-up for training, sweat, train against resisting opponent/s, get hit, get tapped out, probably get bruised a little and maybe even get your T-shirt torn. And even though our training T-shirts might be old and sometimes torn, and we keep our training simple, fun and ego-free, we are very serious about what we do and becoming the best we can be.
Rather than wasting time on gossiping, politics and comparing ourselves to what others do, we choose to rather spend that time in a more constructive manner by physically training and actually improving ourselves mentally and physically.
The number of trainees in the training sessions are limited to ensure personal attention.

Even though we acknowledge that equipment can be great to complement your training, we believe that a living, thinking, breathing and adapting training partner is your best training asset and the best way to progress quickly and ensure true realism in your training.
